Departure from Ushuaia, Argentina.
Embarkation:
Board your expedition vessel in the world's southernmost city, Ushuaia. Settle into your cabin, meet the crew, and attend a safety briefing as your adventure begins.
Sailing the Drake:
Experience the legendary Drake Passage, where the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans meet. Enjoy informative lectures on Antarctic wildlife, history, and geology from expert guides.
Exploring the Antarctic Peninsula, Step onto the Antarctic continent, where you can encounter gentoo penguin colonies and hike to a viewpoint for panoramic vistas of glaciers and ice-covered mountains. Navigate through the iceberg-filled waters, witnessing dramatic glacial scenery and enjoying Zodiac excursions that bring you close to seals basking on ice floes, with opportunities for kayaking.
